Step 1: 

 Select the target visualization: Identify the visualization where you want to apply the Top N filtering. This can be a bar chart, column chart, table, or any other suitable visualization. 

  • We are using Table in our case. 
  • Select  Table from visualizations pane. 

Drag and drop the columns you want in your Table Visual.

  • Set Top N in Filter type 
  • Set the desired N value: Specify the desired N value, which represents the number of top data points you want to display. This value can be set based on your analysis requirements or the insights you want to convey. For example, setting N to 10 will display the top 10 values. 
  • Choose the measure or field: Select the measure or field that will determine the ranking for the Top N filtering. This can be a numeric measure like sales, profit, or quantity, or a categorical field like product category or region.
